Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our PTO policy and your perspective on what it was like to work on our team.
We appreciate the feedback on employee turnover and the workload you faced. We understand that this is a demanding environment with rapidly shifting priorities and employee retention is really important to us. That is why we have been trying new ways to better understanding the experience of our team through employee engagement surveys and focus groups. We are using the information gathered to improve the resources we offer to help our teams meet the challenges of our dynamic industry. We are also using the feedback to better understand what aspects of our total package they care about so we can reward our teams in ways they truly value.
Regarding the HR team: we hear you and are actively testing new solutions for the issues raised.
