Pros
I've been at Intuit now for 1.5 years. I've been in the Silicon Valley my entire life and have worked with some of the biggest Tech companies around. I've also known Intuit as a great place to work and great people to work with. But I didn't know until I got here how innovative we are. Everyone is encouraged to innovate - not just engineers. It's expected, it's supported and we cherish the learnings - good or bad. We have some of the brightest people I've ever worked with in my career. Our leadership team is amazing - true thought leaders not afraid to be bold and make the tough decisions. We have an awesome strategy that will continue to propel our company and increase our stock price!
