Culture: you're never the smartest one in the room, everyone is at the top of their game, and yet the environment is open and collaborative. People here are good at what they do and incredibly kind. Curiosity & Learning: I'm constantly getting better at things that will be useful beyond my role, but are still relevant and interesting to me. I appreciate the opportunity to stay on top of trends. Dynamism: there's an influx of people, projects, and ideas that makes this one of the most dynamic environments I've worked in.

It's one of the best places I've worked with in 12 years, but here are some things to be mindful of: Workload and work focus can vary week over week and it takes a lot of self-direction, flexibility, and prioritization to not get overwhelmed. Even with that, it can be stressful. As in any new company, sometimes you'll need to use many hats, some of which you didn't sign up for. If you're not flexible, this can become difficult.
