Zero training yet expected to produce. Not nearly enough leads to meet metrics. 1st meeting with CEO on the phone was all negative. Had worked there for 2 weeks with no training and he told LO's he was going to give them just enough rope to hang themselves. Processing was horrible. It took over 1 month to close FHA Streamlines and in most cases 2 months!
