Horrible place to work. Management in it for themselves. They purposely keep recruitment numbers convoluted to keep the program alive. Restrict you to 40 hours a week when realistically you need 45-55 hours a week to get everything they ask done. They can't retain anyone. 95%+ turnover rate. Every week the there's completely different expectations. They act like a family and then stab people in the back. That doesn't even get to the home visit side of things.
