A lot of time and effort is put into encouraging Intelligo employees to be the best possible version of themselves they can be, both from a professional & personal standpoint. Career development and opportunities to prove yourself are everywhere you look, and the caliber of people that work with you is extraordinary, they are all very willing to help you no matter what is needed. Company culture is fantastic too with monthly trips & events to encourage staff to become friends and not just colleagues- what’s more is that they put real effort into planning so it’s not just nights on the town but real experiences. Management are very friendly and will stop to say hello and ask how your day has been, this is golden considering how obviously busy they are all the time. They really do offer the perfect work/life balance and still get you to where you need to be in your career.

Absolutely delighted to have been given the opportunity to work for such a reputable company with recognized clients across UK and Ireland. Really love Intelligo as a whole. The managers are fantastic, the support and development team are a pleasure to work with. Everyone treats you with respect and you are allowed to grow and develop in the job. I built great relationships and friendships at Intelligo and I miss everyone at Intelligo. The directors clearly have a plan for the future and they are always transparent about it. I wish them nothing more than great success in the future. I would 100% recommend anyone to work here as I had a great experience myself.
