The company allows you to work remotely both in Ukraine and abroad, and offers a very flexible payment method. There is insurance for those who are in Ukraine, if you are abroad, they will compensate. You can work on your own equipment, the company will also compensate you for it. The staff is a super duper mega strength at Intellectsoft. HR partners will always come to your aid, in almost all your questions. The finance department, accounting, and lawyers are also mega professionals and very responsive, they will also come to the rescue, give you tips, explain, and caress you) Of course, some projects can be difficult, and with their own “cockroaches”, but PMs will come to the rescue and “solve” everything as it should be. That's why I confidently recommend it!
