Cool projects, great mission statements, modern office with nice workstations

Underbid projects to win them, then force employees to not bill their extra hours. Little mentoring is done for new hires, they are expected to follow poorly given directions and stay within unreasonable budgets. Promotions frequently happen for people already in management positions, very seldom for day-to-day contributors. Regular staff is grossly underpaid compared to other design firms.
