1. Company can change their statement when they want, the policies are not written its all verbal and once you say that you told so they refuse. 2. The company lacks transparency, at the time of joining they don't disclose bonds and promise a hike once we are certified, once we get certified they ask us to wait for some time and won't disclose the duration, in the end you will have to fight to get a hike. 3. If it is a written policy it can be changed and no communication is done. 4. Certifications and learning are not done in proper format. 5. Worst quality projects for India consultants, they will just assign you to a long term AMS project and then you have to do everything on your own.
