Their work quality is superb and they have a large list of very positive client ratings. Work is always kept at the top priority

Kontras

They need to work on their head count. However, the company moto is that they count on brains, so the top management does not seem to be much worried about company size by head count

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for the review and pointing out about the head count. Lately we are working on strategies, using which we can go for a larger team size and can assign less complex simple coding tasks to less brainy employees too. This will give us a chance to recruit more people, even those who do not posses natural analytical skills. Results of these efforts are likely to come over next couple of months from now. 1) few good knowledge people works, they will help you learn good things. 2)good communication skills. 3)it is good company if you are beginner like in collage. i would love to give but i never found any other then these.

in my experience i found that either you can have job or you can have a personal life but both is absolutely not possible. technology reviews. 1)they work with ancient technology, dont use any cutting edge technology like nodejs, angular js. 2)every thing googled. 3)don't try to do any innovative work like no optimization and security. benefits: 1) no perks. 2) no culture , people just work and go,no one know who is siting next in cabin. 3)they make people to work for more the 10-12 hours. 4)no snacks(exact 2 time tea sometimes not even that). 5)it is possible that in morning you come happy and in evening you may not have a job. 6)very less pay on an average 25k but they take work as of they are giving 60 to 80k. 7)they try to recruits more number of interns so that they dont need to pay high(hardly 10k and most of them for free) and take work more then a employee. 8) no enjoyment, pin drop silence. 9)no insurance. 10)no traveling expenses. 11)no scope of growth. this is genuine review.. you can ask employee if you know them personally ..no salt added. every day in company is like a hell. please dont consider that i had any issue with any ceo or anyone else and i was not thrown out.
