There seemed to be absolutely no long term planning and I had no idea what was going to be happening from week to week. Eventually had enough when they wanted to change my contract to include enabling to furlough at £150 a week!!!! Also they wanted to change my role to mostly do rating of IIOC which I didn't mind doing occasionally but not 90% of the time which was suggested would be happening. Zero empathy from HR apparently everyone from my original company has now left due to issues with mismanagement.
