Great people to work with, the ones who are actually left. Flexible PTO.

Upper level management has no situational awareness of what is going on. There has been a mass exodus of experienced developers and BAs and they are not replacing them. This puts undue pressure on the people who are left behind, and it's only a matter of time before they leave too.
