I joined IOHK in July and from day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported. I get to work with an incredible team and stakeholders who truly want to see you succeed. Every day brings new challenges that push me to grow and be better at what I do. What stands out most is the culture—everyone is genuinely working together toward a shared vision. It doesn’t feel competitive in a negative way; instead, it’s like golf, where the goal is always to beat your own best score. Everyone here is super helpful, and anything I’ve ever needed has been met with support from leadership, my team, and the company as a whole. IOHK also continues to evolve its policies in ways that make our team stronger and more connected, establishing new opportunities for us to grow not only as individuals but together. On top of that, you’re always working on something really cool and cutting-edge, which makes the work both exciting and fun. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and encouragement, and you really feel like you’re building something meaningful as part of a team.

the only con is that I didn't join sooner

None that I can think of with the exception of work life balance.

All the cons in the world. The leaders are incompetent, rude, chaotic.
