Quality oriented manufacturing (except for the occasional rush at end-of-month), sophisticated products, an involved executive staff, an apparent culture of continual improvement, and most promotions come from within the company. The yearly company party is nice too.

Job title compensation tiers are more theory than practice at the moment (most production employees are compensated less than or at the bottom end of what the company job title promises), and uneven support and training opportunities for production shifts.
