Extreme favoritism in IT. Unbelievably stagnant and ridiculously below average salaries. Promotions are rare and always, ALWAYS, go to the manager favorites. There is very little turnover which means it is more uncommon to have a coworker with less than 10 years than more than 10 years. This is a big brother styled, social shunning environment.
