Unless you are a clinician, it's a good start as a stepping stone for straight out of college students. Gain experience for future positions with other companies.
Kontras
Poor pay, micromanagement and hostile office politics and favoritism. Management would use probation period to intimidate for the extra effort and take advantage of employee's intellectual property and then at will terminate without severance pay, even if you just had a newborn child. Employee turnover rate is high.
