Good product that the consumer wants

The company is a call center. They dont focus on building relationships with physicians like 99% of the industry which is why it on does the fraction of the business compared to their biggest competitor. The customer service is HORRIBLE! This is NOT MEDICAL SALES! They sell the position as a medical sales person, but you sit in a cubicle and answer phones. Medical sales is NOT selling to the consumer. The company is only worried about its stock and being purchased. 80% of the employees working in sales are very unhappy. This place is a sweat shop and an embarrassment to the healthcare industry. The upper management team is poor and the Sales Managers are weak. Some of their "sales managers" come from retail and were former Starbucks employees with no prior sales experience just to give you an idea of the leadership in place. Overall, it was a temporary job for me, but by no means a place for someone with an education. Inogen is a joke in many ways! Dont be fooled but their ads on Indeed. This is NOT a $70k-$100k job. Its more like a $40k-$50k in your first year.
