Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere depending on the team. The company generally cares about your growth and encourages you to become a better engineer. Management tries to keep you happy as much as possible and the PTO, pay, benefits are up to par with industry standard (for the area). Good work-life balance (not expected to work a minute when out of the office). Company culture is very relaxed.

Doesn't have the modern tech company vibes, feels like a more old school office environment. Not many amenities modern companies have in offices to boost productivity/happiness.
