Many projects at once, must be super organized and manage it properly.

Work is easy....but there's a lot of it. Can come and go as you please.

Extremely unprofessional. There's NO organization at this company. Owner let's a lot of unnecessary people slide and doesn't appreciate the employees that actually work hard and contribute to the company. Let's employees go with the intent of them being disposable. A good place to work if you don't mind going NOwhere within the company and can look past terrible management. Owner constantly has to borrow money from his mother to keep the company afloat (just another thing to keep in mind). P.S. You will have to take a lot of your work home. Be prepared for 12-24 hour work days...I'm not kidding; you will work from home after work, and all through the weekend. If images need to be in...you have to have them completed. This is even required as you have your employees taken away from your production to work on other manager's projects.
