Management lacks respect for employees and will talk trash about them, which is largely unprofessional. The CTS department has a high turnover rate for good reason. If you're looking for a technical role, don't put your eggs in this basket and look elsewhere instead. Overall, if you don't fit in right away, this will be a stressful job.
