Organisation was growing rapidly and had interesting senior people to learn from, They were bold and moving very fast allowing an unparalleled exposure into the MH space
Kontras
they dont stand up to their culture in big ways - especially respect and transparency. Lead Manager is unresponsive despite multiple reminders and it takes a lot of one sided effort to get things moving here. Whatever they say initially they are not remote friendly, have a very office first culture
