      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, great team, lots of respect from management.

      Kontras

      Very few to speak of, occasionally there would be a question as to which part of management was responsible for what meaning no one was accountable and you had to answer the same questions 4 or 5 times.

      Pros

      I’ve had the chance to work in 3 different provinces during my time with Inline. They still have other projects that I’d like to work on so I can see more of Canada. The company has annual training allowance for each employee and offers additional training for their supervisors which I hope to take part in in the future.

      I’d like to meet more co-workers outside the projects I’m assigned to.
