Pros
Provided you are onboarded a good project with a good manager (from client side), you will have a decent work life.
Kontras
It's not easy to be onboarded onto a project. Some are on bench for many months (to keep up with singaporean vs foreigners quota). They kept assigning new training sessions to keep you occupied. As a result, you have nothing substantial to put in your resume. Once the contract with the client has ended, you will be terminated if you are not onboarded to a new project within a certain period. You are purposely informed about this "grace period" when it is almost over. Suspect that this is done to force you to take up whatever role they throw at you, or so that you can't complain when you are officially terminated. This grace period is not written anywhere in the contract. Since you will work on client's site most of the time, you will not have much visibility to the internal managers. Don't expect good increment or bonus.
