Where should one start:
- For starter, I applied to a job and spoke the hiring manager, and then nothing. It has been over a month (and I work for the company in another department).
- The Chief People Officer needs professional help. On her first call with the company (the TechTarget follks), she called herself "Ruthless" Ruth. She is in a HR.
- The pay is terrible. I think everyone can agree to that.
- The disconnect between managers/executives and the people working for them. Honestly, it just seem like Gary does not care about the people in the US.
- The Q and A are a joke. They had a company wide meeting yesterday, and it was just management patting themselves on the back.
