7yThank you for taking the time to provide your thoughtful feedback. We work very hard to ensure employees feel valued, like they're doing purposeful work and that they have a good work-life balance. This has clearly not been your experience, and for that we apologize.
Being a growing global organization, our business challenges evolve daily. While it does beg for a reasonable amount of flexibility from employees, it more often requires frequent and transparent communication. We need to keep an ongoing conversation about where we have pain points as an organization, and how we can improve to make sure employees are happy, healthy and able to perform at their best!
We can do better at this as an organization at large, as managers and business leaders, and we encourage the same from individual contributors. As a current employee, you should know we have an open-door policy and would energetically support you to come to your manager, any executive or HR leader to discuss these issues if they are not yet resolved.
We will discuss these concerns internally with our business leaders to ensure a clear understanding of our company values and improve our employee experience. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
