1.Trainings are not up to the mark and no proper guidance once you get in to the project and start working with team. 2. No proper planning if it comes to working hour. 3. If the project comes to dead line then you should work day and night. 4. No proper guidance. 5. HR's are not at all co-operative when you went to have a talk with them.
