-Learning a tremendous amount about the telecommunications industry and IVR -Pushed outside of my comfort zone in as productive a way as possible -Nice work environment (WeWorks) -Learning a decent amount about software development -Lots of good food options around -Exciting to be part of a quickly growing company

-Sometimes don't have enough work. -Occasionally the commute into SF can be rough
