Really rewarding. - Management are caring and listen to any issues or concerns. - Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and projects, gained lots of experience quickly. - Feel valued. Ideas and suggestions are listened to and often implemented where suitable.

- Can be super fast paced during busy periods. With lots of travelling (pre-covid). Not a con of the company more a con of the industry, might not be for everyone.

I had a good time at Inclusive. My colleagues were kind hearted and good people, which helped me settle in really well. I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to. Cliques aren't really a thing here which I was very happy about. There are opportunities to learn and chances to go abroad for streaming events. I was able to develop new skills and grew in confidence. Everyone is passionate about what they do and the streaming is of high quality.

As with streaming jobs in general, hours can be long.
