Flexible Timings Chill Environment Job Security ( Although they fired people after almost 2 years when they couldn't get them into billable projects which is i guess still better than other companies.) Receive treats in every CEO townhall ( only writing this because i ran out of points)

Low Salary They are biased towards tier III colleges of Punjab and hence will pay those hires more than they will pay you even if you are from a good college. They delay joining of candidates. Some Managers show a lot of micromanagement and there are some really nice managers as well. A lot depends on your manager. P.S. - Above points are valid for campus hires except the manager point.
