1. Upper management is not good. 2. You would be forced to resign from the company. they are practising 'Fire & Hire' policy. 3. Salary disparity even among in freshers. Folks (from NSIT, Thapar etc) generally get more salary (7-8 lpa) than folks from tier3 colleges or recruited through off-campus. 4. You won't get work satisfaction there at Incedo. 5. Learning growth is not good here. 6. Salary is also not good. Even appraisal hike is also not that great. Last year people got only 5-6% at max.
