Very disorganised company - Assistant Manager bei Inbrew: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company is really disorganised. There is no stability. Even after 10 months of leaving the company, my exit documents have not been provided correctly. I have to email them so much just to get my hard-earned money and documents. The HR department just keeps shifting blame on each other. The work environment is is stressful. The company says monthly birthday cakes are an added expense. In my opinion, it shows them in a bad light. There are no incentives throughout the year. No festivals are celebrated and work regularly requires employees to stay late until 9-10 PM and start working at 6-7AM. A lot of people here leave the company in less than 1 year.
