Pros

There is nothing to mention

Kontras

1. Fake reviews by current employees to maintain the rating possible forced by management ( they can do that) 2. Hire and fire policy. You can get fired with smallest thing such as saying no to work on weekend. 3. Power accumulated with few managers and they openly misuse it 4. Very bad people are promoted who can continue Hitler policy. Hardworking or intelligence is not appreciated by management 5. HRs do not have any power 6. Managers don't care 7. Delivery side is the worst 8. In short no one cares about employees and you are on your own

Pros

Almost everyone at the company is amazing to work with, there's a lot of really good and friendly people who love to help each other. The work is interesting and the clients are great. I feel that the pay is fair, there's flexibility with being sick and making up hours later if you need to.

Kontras

Favoritism. People are pushed out by management in favor of others. There's some disorganization and important decisions are often made last minute with a wait and see approach, leaving people to scramble to implement. Insurance is not great and "unlimited PTO" is advertised but in reality it is determined by what contract you work on. It's actually only 2 weeks total. This year they started requiring people to come into the office 3 days a week. The only other thing is that it's all government contracting and in this current climate it's even shakier than usual. (which is not the company's fault at all)
