InGeneron is currently in the final stage of clinical development for their first indication and has 2 other indications which will follow shortly thereafter. The company is still small for now and has not gone through the post regulatory growth explosion seen in BioTech startups after receiving regulatory approval. This means that the working environment is still made up of smaller tight knit teams packed full of top talent tackling fast paced projects. Potential employees should be excited to learn new things and work on a diverse number of projects. InGeneron is fundamentally a cellular therapy platform and as such their underlying technology has countless potential applications and employees are always encouraged to introduce new ideas or potential opportunities.
