The health care plan is decent. 401k with matching available for full-time employees. Paid-time off is given all at once at the beginning of the year. Start with 140 hours with option to carry over a maximum of 40 hours to the next year. More hours are given the longer you work at the company.
Kontras
No career development or upper movement. Engineers are laid off without much hesitation. A lot of software development is done oversees. In the past year, most of the cuts have been in the engineering department. Sales and marketing staff have either grown or stayed on. No company culture nor values.
