not many, there are possibilities and signs that they company could actually provide value for their customers and and quality of life for their employees but it never delivers on either.

The leadership. The founder needs to be involved in EVERYTHING and bullies employees into doing it despite their objections. Lack of consistent direction, there is no strategy only short term whims. Executive management is too concerned about maintaining their jobs that taking care of their teams.
