1. A top marketing company that became a tech company by accident. The management, especially the co-founders, seem better suited for politics than running a business. 2. Once the best company to work for, it has now become a good company to quit and leave behind. 3. It’s a good place to work only if you have less than three years of experience; only they won't raise any questions.

Pros

The CEO, managers and employees are super friendly. They help you achieve your goals. I would say the best place for a fresher in Chennai.

Kontras

There are many small projects, less number of big projects. I don't think it's a big issue. Need to manage your work hours yourself. Otherwise you might end up over working.

There is lot of Pros in this company.. One big thing is there is lot of learnings and there is no seniority all are treated equally
