Pros
Idea is very family friendly, flexible and supporting. They have that small firm feel which is nice when you don't want to just be a number in a larger company.
Kontras
That small firm feel is a double edge sword. They haven't won a lot of business and can't carry people after the end of a project unless there is another project firmly in sight. This would not be so bad if they did a better job at bringing in new work, but without better business development, there just isn't much to work on. That's fine if you accept a job there for a specific project and you're happy, but if you want a career, it means you could find yourself in trouble unless they get more work for you after that initial project.
