Pros
The work environment was great. You could wear whatever you wanted to the office. Most coworkers were very welcoming. They had rooms available to use if you wanted to focus and have privacy from everyone else.
Kontras
They did rounds of layoffs and I was among them. They did gave us a heads up and attempted to do an “Unbiased” format of performing layoffs. Their main issue was that they were hiring more people while they were waiting to attain more clients. As the clients took their time to watch the market then pulled out, that’s what caused the company to commit layoffs as they couldn’t afford to keep everyone employed.
