Always puts the well-being of the staff into consideration, especially in every big decision. A lot of flexibility in terms of working terms and conditions. Opportunities to take trainings and programs are wide. Great culture and people and teams to work with (many people stick around for a really long time). Really takes being a "business as a force for good" seriously.
