SALARY ON TIME AND SAFE FOR FEMALE

1. Very tradition and poor way of field marketing. Officer must go for field marketing every saturday from door to door and shop to shop. Distribute leaflet to masses. Sometimes it creates embarrassing situation as home guards will not let you even enter in the house. 2.slow career growth. Officially you will need two years to go in the next position in reality it's much more. 3. Poor HR policy. HR doesn't care about employee retention at all. They doesn't hear the side of employee and it demotivates people to think their about their future career in this company for long term.
