Extreme department silo working, each department will not help each other. No trust of internal employees to share internal information required to do your job. Poor communication of matrix structure from top down. No training provided on internal systems, had to request access to required systems myself due to no induction. Extremely outdated systems and processes - employees follow processes even when not fit for purpose. You will find people have either been there 20+ years or leave after 12 months - hence the old fashioned processes still in place.
