High community-favoritism based recruitment in Mumbai office. Very little luck with high potential businesses, premier FMCGs of India. High attrition level in past few years across functions and leadership levels. Sales matters, people don't. Crazy workload per person. The best university in the world, for the Divide and Rule policy. Mumbai HR least bothered about people, right work allocation, work life balance etc. No use of wins and results, if one doesn't suck up to leaders. Leaders have no respect for co-leaders, busy shining themselves before management. Send people abroad for a stint of few months after they resign. Life is tougher for achievers here.
