Not good - Shift Supervisor bei IFA-Rotorion: Mitarbeiterbewertung

-No relevant training -Machines breake most of the time and only get temp fixes. -Operators are pushed to their limits with no training and crappy machines. -Senior management have their favorites, no empathy for other employees, they are just numbers. I have seen an employee in a lot of pain being told she could leave but she would get a point in her attendance. -Attendance policy for sickness is the absolute worst, and when supervisors try to help their sick employees they get punish.
