Good place for fresh grads and interns. If not trying to build up your career, is a good place to stay.

Managers not going to help you. You have to think for yourself. They talk all the time to improve but don't give guidance. Always changing minds on decisions. Always saying 'yes' to everything client or senior management ask and don't think about how it affects processes and staff capabilities.
