Low key, most of the people are easy to get along with.

Poor management. Afraid of taking chances. Benefits aren't great, bonuses are awarded monthly based on how billable you've been throughout the calendar (read carefully, calendar) month. If you are billable 85% of the *calendar* month, you get an extra cash bonus. However, that actually rarely happens, unless you happen to be in a long term contract.
