There is one major downside to working for this company and that is the long working hours. During the pressure period from Feb to June, August to September, November to December employees are put under tremendous work pressure with 13 hours of work everyday including Saturdays. This problem can be solved by hiring more but the greedy management wants to make more money. If you take even take leave if you are sick you job is threatened by the manager. In short there is zero work life balance.
