Ich habe wirklich gute Vorgesetzte, die Kollegen sind wunderbar. Gute Sozialleistungen.

Kontras

Viele Leute arbeiten zu viele Stunden. Ich musste vier statt drei Tage ins Büro kommen. Wenigstens sind es nicht fünf!

Pros

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

Kontras

Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
