When hired, HR will often change the title of the position you applied for to be able to pay you as little as possible for the position. However, they still expect you to meet higher-pay workloads.
While it depends on the team, I did not feel supported by my manager. The management style is what I have dubbed "Hot Potato management." In other words, if you reach out for guidance or help, they pass you around until something goes wrong and then blame you for not being able to solve a problem that you do not have the authority to solve.
Management often puts you into projects that do not align with your experience and do not prepare you for project management roles. It's very much a learn-on-the-job environment. They are looking for people who will do as much work as possible but have no intention of rewarding employees who go above and beyond and step up to the plate. It can also be a very political office environment, and I often found upper management to prioritize making money over delivering a decent product to the client and tended to throw younger employees under the bus for their own mistakes.
All of the above is tolerable if you have an exit plan... but I would not recommend if you are looking for a company that prioritizes employee growth.
