* company will give the basic as Bare minimum (the exact value as govt rule). So if you are 10+ in experience, You will mostly loose lot of tax. * Travel industry is down when i left. And i left in good time. Lucky i didn't have to bear the hike the company offered. * The company wants to be financially strong, But little have they done to stop the attrition. * Management thinks it is cheaper to hire new people than trying to give proper hike for existing employee. * Any concern will be heard by the HR team and will pass the ball to respective department, who will say gibberish and will NOT answer your concern. * People who have above 10 years of experience are considered as people who wont jump company * The Company stops giving proper hikes after 3 years of Joining, Especially if you fall into above category
