None - if I could give 0 stars I would.

Useless management across the company - do not lead by example and do not invest time into building relationships with employees below them. No active coaching done, yet higher ups are the first one to pull you up on an error and make your feel small for it. Micro-manages every task. Management does not actually know how to have difficult conversations that are effective. They also would not have a clue what their leaders are doing - how can you assure staff are having effective coaching conversations with their agents when that is the example that is being set? No structured career development, asked to make a career development plan just to tick a box but never follows up on it. Company moves extremely slow on behavioural issues when it really matters then acts surprised when things get worse. Pay is lowest in the industry (excluding BPOs).
